1. Traditional Financial Services Fundraising

These methods leverage established platforms and payment systems to reach a broad audience.

A. Crowdfunding Campaign

  • Platform: Use GoFundMe

  • Strategy:

    • Present and share the inspiration behind Alliance for Peace.

    • Set a clear goal (outlined above).

    • Offer rewards: Shoutouts, event participation invites, or branded merchandise (e.g., “Peace Maker” stickers and/or wristbands).

  • Execution:

    • Share via email lists, visit local small businesses, churches, islamic centers, community centers, utilize social media, etc.

  • Estimated Raise: While we do not expect to achieve our fundraising target in the immediate term, we will establish the essential infrastructure to enable community involvement, ensuring that our initiatives proceed steadfastly, with the scope and pace determined by the resources secured.

B. Local Business Sponsorships

  • Target: Hardware stores (for graffiti supplies), restaurants (for food donations), and print shops (for marketing materials).

  • Pitch: Provide logo placement on our website, posters, and social media platforms, along with acknowledgment during events.

  • Execution:

    • Create a sponsorship packet with tiers (e.g., $250, $500, $1,000).

    • Visit businesses in person or email them directly.

  • Estimated Raise: $1,000-$3,000.

C. Community Donation Drives

  • Events: Host a “Peace Kickoff” at a park or community center.

  • Strategy:

    • Accept cash/check donations on-site.

    • Sell low-cost items (e.g., baked goods, Alliance for Peace wristbands).

  • Execution:

    • Promote via flyers and local LA event boards.

    • Partner with churches and local small businesses to boost turnout.

  • Estimated Raise: $500-$1,500.

D. Bank Account & Payment Processors

  • Setup: Open a dedicated bank account for Alliance for Peace.

  • Tools: Use PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App for easy donations.

  • Promotion: Share QR codes/links on all marketing materials.

2. Cryptocurrency Fundraising

Crypto offers a modern, global reach and appeals to tech-savvy donors. It’s also transparent via blockchain.

A. Crypto Donation Wallet

  • Setup:

    • Create a multi-currency wallet (e.g., Phantom, MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet) supporting Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), stablecoins (USDT/USDC), etc.

    • Will potentially utilize a service such as The Giving Block to provide tax-deductible receipts for donors.

  • Promotion:

    • Share wallet addresses and/or QR codes on our website, social media, and posters.

    • Emphasize transparency: Donors can track funds on the blockchain.

  • Estimated Raise: $500-$2,000 (depending on crypto community engagement).

B. NFT Campaign

  • Concept: Mint limited-edition Alliance for Peace NFTs (e.g., photography of LA, community events, or professionally done custom graphics).

  • Strategy:

    • Partner with an artist and/or use a platform like OpenSea and Magic Eden to create/sell them.

    • Price: 0.01-0.05 ETH each or the USD equivalent in BTC or SOL(~$25-$125 at current rates). This is determined by the network we choose to utilize.

    • Proceeds fund specific goals (e.g., 10 NFTs = 1 graffiti cleanup).

  • Execution:

    • Promote to both crypto enthusiasts and newcomers through our website, social media platforms, community events, etc.

    • Offer perks (e.g., event invites for holders).

  • Estimated Raise: $250-$1,000+.

C. Crypto Community Outreach

  • Target: Crypto.com and/or other exchanges, influencers within the industry, and philanthropists who’d potentially be interested.

  • Pitch: “Support a cleaner, kinder LA with crypto.” (Currently undecided)

  • Execution:

    • Post on social media with hashtags such as #CryptoForGood, #AllianceForPeace.

    • Contact relevant organizations and individuals within the cryptocurrency and philanthropy communities.

  • Estimated Raise: $500-$2,000.
